Heron’s Brunswick Centre aquaduct restored

After 10 years of waiting the artwork commissioned by Allied London Properties when they refurbished the Brunswick in 2004/5 has at long last been restored to working order, following years of neglect and intermittent use as plant troughs or settings for artificial Christmas trees.

The work, by artist Susanna Heron and titled Aquaduct has been without water since 2008. The original idea – now reinstated – was to have fast flowing water running through the three troughs and into the central pool.
